The family of General Colin L. Powell, former U.S. Secretary of State and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has informed the world through the General’s social media account on Facebook that he passed away this morning due to complications from Covid 19. He was fully vaccinated. The family also wrote on the former U.S. Secretary of State’s page thanking the medical staff at Walter Reed National Medical Center for their caring treatment of the General before his peaceful passing.
